Your rent must be paid via automated card payment monthly in advance. Full details for the rental payments will be provided in your contract agreement.

Your rent can be paid with an international credit or debit card (Visa, Master card, American Express etc.) The money can also be transferred from your international account but beware of bank charges

Grand Style Properties offer 6 or 12 months rental agreement.

We provide as a minimum, a bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and drawers.

No. But your room is professionally cleaned before you move in. We also offer a professional cleaning service, which you can pay for. We use a reliable cleaning firm and all their cleaners have been vetted.

We have a range of rooms with different sizes. Each room is furnished to a high standard. We also offer starter packs, which have brand new sheets, pillows, a duvet and a towel set (this is an additional cost).

You call our dedicated property management team who will organise a contractor to fix any issues.

No, smoking is prohibited in any area of the property, both private and common.

The deposit is fully refunded by check sent to you within 14 working days from the last day (but usually it is refunded the same day of your leaving) if any of the Accommodation agreement terms have not been violated. We charge £20 for maintenance expenses, which will be collected from the deposit.
If you want we can give you back the deposit by bank transfer but £20 will be charged from your deposit (for bank transfer expenses).

It is responsibility of the tenants to keep the house clean and tidy at all times: to clean after cooking, after using the bathrooms and after using any common area. Everybody is responsible for the cleanliness of their own room.
